Description:
Sarah lived in China for 5 years and was inspired to train as a traditional acupuncturist as a result of this experience. She holds the degree-level Licentiate in Acupuncture, which she completed with distinction, and is a proud member of the British Acupuncture Council.
Although acupuncture is well known for its pain-relieving effects – it is in fact recommended
by NICE for the management of chronic pain - traditional acupuncture is helpful for a wide
range of health conditions including mental health and women’s health.
It is a safe, gentle, and effective alternative to medication and is suitable for people at all stages of life. Despite wide misconception, acupuncture is not a painful treatment, with many people not feeling the needles at all.
Sarah welcomes patients to a quiet clinic space in Telford for 1-1 appointments and considers all aspects of health and lifestyle in order to reach a Chinese Medicine diagnosis and form an individualised treatment plan. There’s no quick fix or magic cure, but patients often experience excellent results and sometimes a few surprising changes along the way.
