For more than 35 years, I have worked extensively across all sectors helping to support the challenges that often come when employing a team. I am a pragmatic HR practitioner with a positive, 'can-do' approach and draw on my diverse career experiences of working with a broad range of clients.
I am used to navigating the maze that is ‘HR Management’ and have had significant exposure to and responsibility for all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment/assessment/on-boarding, employee relations, people policies, procedures and administration, disciplinary, appeal and grievance, business restructure and redundancy, succession planning, talent development and line manager training.
